How Does Scripture Oppose the Left’s Diversity Agenda?
In recent years, the push for diversity in numerous media outlets, corporations, and college campuses has seen an overwhelming increase. The Left says diversity is the ultimate virtue, and the rebuttal of critical race theory (CRT) and intersectionality is the ultimate evil. What are believers called to in the midst of this culture battle that is being waged in society?
Defund Planned Parenthood
On January 9, 2023, U.S. Representative Lauren Boebert (R-CO) introduced H.R. 128 , also known as the Defund Planned Parenthood Act of 2023, to the U.S. House of Representatives. This proposal would restrict the federal funds Planned Parenthood receives for abortion (except in cases of rape or incest or danger to the woman’s life) for one year to redirect $235 million toward community health centers.

As of early January 2023, Danco Laboratories, the U.S. manufacturer of the abortion pill, announced that the FDA has made changes to its guidelines surrounding the abortion pill. These changes allow pharmacies, from large chains like CVS or Walgreens to small, locally owned businesses, to dispense the pill to anyone with a prescription. Many women choose the abortion pill (also known as a chemical abortion) because they assume it’s safer and more natural. However, complications occur during chemical abortion four times more frequently than during surgical abortion.
