The IHSA (Illinois High School Association) has doubled down on its dedication to allow biological males to compete in girls’  sports.

Not only is IHSA’s decision a violation of President Trump’s February 5 Executive Order, “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,” but it is also a clear indication of one thing:

The IHSA will gladly sacrifice the privacy and safety of your daughters on the altar of radical gender ideology.

Because of the IHSA’s egregious violation of morality and biology, U.S. Representative Mary Miller (IL-15) is boldly calling on the Trump Administration to take action against the IHSA.

In her letter addressed to the Department of Education and the Department of Justice, Miller gives voice to the anger and frustration that parents across Illinois are feeling:

“I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a recent decision by the Illinois High School Association (IHSA), which has chosen to blatantly disregard federal law and reject basic biological reality by allowing biological males to compete in girls’ athletic programs. This misguided policy not only undermines the integrity and fairness of girls’ sports, but it also jeopardizes the safety of young women across our state…

I respectfully urge the Department of Justice and the Department of Education to investigate the actions of IHSA and the State of Illinois and take appropriate measures to ensure that federal civil rights protections are upheld.”

Miller goes on to call for an investigation not only into the IHSA, but also into the state of Illinois along with J.B. Pritzker and Illinois Democrats:

“I’m calling on Attorney General Pam Bondi and Secretary Linda McMahon to launch an immediate investigation into the IHSA and the State of Illinois. Gov. J.B. Pritzker and radical Illinois Democrats must be held accountable for enforcing abusive, anti-science gender policies ahead of the safety of our daughters and the fairness of girls’ sports.”

Nicole Georgas, the mother involved in the infamous Shepard Middle School case in Deerfield, Illinois, gave a statement regarding the IHSA’s position:

“Imagine your daughter, dedicating her life, training for years, hours and hours a week, for her championship state race, only to face a male beating her and winning that coveted scholarship. How is that at all fair? Our daughters’ dedication to athletics is slowly being erased.”

Since 2011, Illinois has allowed biological men to invade and dominate women’s spaces in sports, locker rooms, and championships.

Enough is enough.

Illinois and the IHSA must be held accountable for their blatant disregard for women’s safety and biological reality.
